These terms govern use of LYA.bio, including account creation, profile publishing and links to third-party destinations.
Your account and profile
You are responsible for the information you publish, the destinations you link to, and keeping your account credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, publish unlawful content, or use LYA.bio to deceive visitors.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant LYA.bio the limited permission needed to host, display and process that content in order to operate your profile and related product features.
Primary actions and external services
LYA.bio can send visitors to services such as messaging, booking or checkout providers. Those third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. A click or primary-action selection does not by itself prove that a transaction or other outcome occurred.
Native lead capture
If you enable a native email-capture block, you are responsible for describing the purpose truthfully and using captured contact details only where you have a lawful basis and any consent required for your intended follow-up. Do not use captured leads for spam or sell them through LYA.bio. LYA.bio provides capture, owner access, export and deletion controls; it is not an email-marketing or bulk-sending service.
LYA Pro purchases
LYA Pro is currently offered as a $19 USD one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. The Pro entitlement is attached to the LYA account used for checkout and currently removes the “Made with LYA.bio” branding from that account’s published profile. Payment is processed through Stripe Hosted Checkout, and Pro is activated only after LYA receives and verifies the signed Stripe payment event. Rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law remain unaffected.
Availability and changes
The service may change as the product develops. We may suspend abusive, unsafe or technically harmful use, and may perform maintenance when needed to protect service reliability and data.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for malware, credential theft, spam, unlawful surveillance, intellectual-property infringement, or attempts to interfere with the service or other users.
